Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you by email or SMS, where available.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations and PIN codes across India.

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Currently, Herba Jivan ships within India only.
